VIPIN SINGH
Vipin Singh has worked in the hospitality industry over 20+ years, His commenced professional career with Taj lands' end Bandra. His career in restaurant operations has been eventually taking on executive roles intraining, operations and marketing.
His record of accomplishments includes brand building, the creation of scalable restaurant concepts, financial turnarounds, menu development, human resource and labour optimization.
He was instrumental in reinvigorating the brand and guest experience. To sum it up, he is procient in menu innovation, vendor management, risk analysis, convergent thinking, negotiation, operations assessments to strategic planning and management development.
