Nishtha is a passionate foodie and one of the very few certified chefs in India specialising in plant-based cuisine. Trained by the first vegan culinary school in the country, she has an extensive knowledge required in creating and implementing plant-based menus in various settings, such as restaurants, hotels, cafes, and pubs. 

Nishtha is on a mission to bust the myth that plant-based food compromises on flavour, texture, and aesthetics. Her goal is to make plant-based food an integral part of restaurants across India, and to create recipes that are indulgent for everyone, not just vegans. She brings her expertise, creativity, and passion to every project, and is committed to creating sustainable and healthy menus that cater to a wide range of customers both Vegans and Non-Vegans alike.
